1. Why should I enroll in an online course?
Online courses provide you with an excellent opportunity to enhance your professional development, to promote personal enrichment, and to renew your teacher certification in the convenience of your own home at your own pace.
2. What type of academic credit do I receive for completing a course?
Letter grades are not assigned at the completion of the course; instead, we award contact (clock) hours. The number of contact hours per course varies and is listed on the course description page.
3. Is there a difference between contact hours and continuing education units (CEUs)?
Contact hours and CEUs are not synonymous; however, most accrediting agencies view 1 CEU as the equivalent of 10 or 15 contact hours. Please contact your accrediting agency to determine the number of contact hours equivalent to 1 CEU.
4. Are your courses approved by an accrediting agency?
All courses are approved by the Tennessee Association of Christian Schools.
5. How do I prove that I have completed a course?
You will receive a Certificate of Completion when you complete each course.
6. How many courses can I take at one time?
We do not place restrictions on the maximum number of courses that you can take at one time.
7. How do I pay for my course?
Payment must be made by credit card (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express) at the time you register.
8. What should I do if I cannot access my course?
If you cannot access your course, please use the "Contact Us" tab to send an email.
